No delivery - zero support - avoid them!!!! I ordered an R15 rower and paid it in the eu site. The order has been stuck at "confirmed" ever since - no shipping, no ETA, no communication. My messages via the support form and phone calls refeived no response.

Ich habe ein Produkt am 18.12.25 bestellt. Als ich es erhalten habe, wollte ich es wieder zurücksenden. Habe mich an das Widerrufsrecht gehalten. Seitdem versuche ich diese Firma zu kontaktieren um mein Produkt zurückzusenden aber es kommt keine Reaktion. Obwohl die Seite seriös sein soll, ist sie es bei mir überhaupt nicht und kann es nur sehr negativ bewerten.

Commande #5827FR du 02/01/2026 et à ce jour je n’ai toujours rien reçu. Malgré l’envoi de trois mails en deux jours c’est le silence total et pas un retour. Le suivi du colis est toujours en Allemagne 🇩🇪 depuis le 06/01/2026 et rien ne bouge. C’est une honte de ne pas tenir informer le client.donc je vais faire appel à paypal et eux ils vont trouver une solution

BE AWARE! NO TECH SUPPORT ON FAULTY EQUIPMENT. NO RETURN. NO CUSTOMER AFTER CARE. The water rower leaked water badly upon first use. I emailed them twice to the address they list on my receipt/confirmation email, to ask for either a repair or replacement. Days went by and no reply. I then called the phone number on their website during working hours. Got an answer machine, left a voice message with my contact details. No reply. The following week, I made a query using the chat bot on their website. 4 days later the bot has not responded, and still no one has called or emailed me. So today I left a comment on their Insta. Still no reply. I have a £300 rowing machine I cannot use, cannot repair and cannot use. Absolute waste of money.

Other than Merach taking my money, my experience has been non existent. ORDER #229998. This appears to be a scam company. I purchased their new vibration pad December 30, and it is now January 12th and I have had absolutely zero communication from them. I have reached out twice through emails, through two different sites and both emails came back undeliverable. I called the 800 on their website and it is a generic message, no company name, office hours closed and leave your name and email address. Which implies they have no intention of calling me back. They didn’t ask for my phone number. I don’t know how or where others are getting their Merach products, but I would purchase with extreme caution. I’ll be submitting a claim. I want a refund ASAP!

I have placed my order MX1065 on Dec 26, 2025 and have called, emailed, filled out the contact us form and nothing. They keep asking for the order information which I always send and they were supposed to ship something within 2 business days but there is no contact, no tracking information and no response on my now emails requesting for cancellation and refund. Please refund my order ASAP. I will also be contacting my bank to dispute this. Terrible customer service.

I ordered an exercise bike on 12/30/2025. I did get a confirmation of the order from Merach and my credit card billed for the total amount due. But that’s it. Nothing. I’ve reached out to the Merach customer service multiple times looking for some information about the ship and delivery date. I’ve reached out to them via multiple emails and left voicemail messages. I’ve heard nothing from them. I’m beginning to think I won’t be getting the exercise bike I ordered. Buyer beware. Merach has horrible customer service. If you can even call it that. Their customer service appears to be nonexistent. If you are looking for company to purchase exercise equipment from, my advice is to look elsewhere. UPDATE: I still have not heard from Merach about my order. Their response below appears to be only lip service. Again, this company has the absolute worst customer service. Buyer beware about Merach Fitness.
