MeowtelReviews of meowtel.com

Easy to use and convenient, and our sitter (Amy Arce) was fantastic! Will use again!

Easy to book and great sitters so far

Easy to book and set up, with great service and care from my Meowtel sitter. Very happy with my experience, thank you!

After going through other pet sitting services, I was at my wit’s end! Let’s be real—cats are a little weird, so not every pet sitter is equipped to handle their unique personalities. I saw a Facebook ad for Meowtel, and I thought it was too good to be true! I’ve used them twice so far, with the same sitter, and plan to keep using them again in the future. These sitters just “get it” when it comes to cats. The scheduling process is seamless, and there are multiple ways to communicate with your sitter. I’m so very happy—and relieved—to have clicked on that Facebook ad!

Sabrina and Bruno were amazing from our first contact right through to making sure we made it safely home to our cat! Friendly, accessible, quick to reply, thorough, professional, flexible, and such great cat whisperers! Our sweet cat was so relaxed and obviously well taken care of. We’d definitely reach out to Sabrina and Bruno first next time we need a sitter! Thanks Meowtel!!!

Meowtel is a great service, and Emma is the best!!

Melanie is so caring and professional whenever she is with my kitties. She makes my trips worry free and pleasant. 😊

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Meowtel. We have two young cats that have never been left alone for more than a day, so I was very nervous about the prospect of leaving them while we were away on vacation. I did some googling and discovered Meowtel's website and positive reviews, and was sold on the fact that they cater specifically to the needs of cats (other pet services have cat-sitting buried so deep on their site it feels like an afterthought). The website is easy to navigate and their staff was very responsive when I needed to email them a question. Our sitter was relatively new to their platform but was extremely kind, professional and communicative. She texted us pictures and videos of our cats after each visit, and spent time playing with the cats after feeding them and cleaning the litter box. She also put in the extra effort to gain the trust of my female cat, who is very shy and tends to hide under the bed from any new person who enters our apartment. The cats were in great spirits when we returned from our trip! Overall, my experience with Meowtel was seamless and I was so happy to discover them and our sitter. I have already recommended them to friends and will absolutely book with them again in the future!
