Great site overall and good sitter options. Really appreciate the peace of mind provided by the company's process of background checks and insurance provided for every visit booked. The only frustration is that a search for sitters available for certain dates will yield inaccurate results, including sitters that are NOT available those dates, so one must click on each profile and search manually.

Easy to use though the texting function is not fully integrated, allowing only for incoming messages but not replies.

Trista, We are adding new Meowtel sitters daily across the country. We have a higher concentration of sitters in our Metro areas.

My sitter came as scheduled and actually made an extra trip to check my cats when there was a small earthquake in the area. I had to ask her to text me when she fed the cats and just let me know how things went, which she did.

Overall decent website. Not as polished as, say Rover.com, but has the exact service I need. The website itself has some bugs and odd quirks. For example, all of my photos uploaded with random rotations. There's also some basic information missing from the FAQ guide, like tipping suggestions for sitters. Will definitely be using again.
