I want to be fair to you: you're right that our product pages could be clearer and we're already reviewing that. For the record, we did offer a full refund on the four unopened pairs through our standard return process, alongside a partial refund that let you keep everything without shipping anything back. You chose the keep-everything option, which is completely understandable, but a full refund route was genuinely on the table. Hi Michael, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I'm sorry your experience has left you feeling unhear, that's the opposite of what we try to do. I went back through your case to make sure nothing was missed. What we found was that the waistband rolling and discomfort you experienced was caused by a sizing mismatch, your measurements (42" waist, 43" hip) actually fall into our size L range, not XL. The compression fit is essential for the brief to work properly, and that's not achievable when the brief is a size too large. We did communicate this and offered our one-time exchange service to send you replacements in size L. I'd like to go further than that to make this right. If you reach out to us at [email protected] (referencing this review), we'll send you 4 replacement pairs in size L. You'd keep the XL pairs you have as well.
