We did look into this, but with just your initials we can't find an order on our end, so we're not able to place your experience here. One thing worth mentioning on sizing: fit varies quite a bit between brands, so a 2XL elsewhere won't always match a 2XL with us. That's exactly why we have our own detailed size chart, and why fit issues are almost always something we can solve. For some context: you let us know the briefs had more padding than you were after, and you were able to return them. Our All-Day Protection is built specifically for light to moderate leakage, so it does have more structure than regular underwear. For anyone needing less protection, our Light Protection version is a slimmer alternative that feels much closer to a regular pair, and we'd raised that as an option along the way. On the return address: we're a proud US-based brand with a US warehouse, so returns come to us there. That's always been clearly set out in our published return policy. Our returns policy, published in full on our site, does carry hygiene conditions for intimate apparel, but within those conditions a refund is absolutely available, and we've been in touch directly to get yours moving for you.
