Great Product for an old guy (or a young guy) with bladder control issues. They allow me to live with confidence for the entire day. They have saved times of embarrassment many times. Nice high quality product and comfortable. Shipping was super. Excellent company to do business with.

The purchase experience was great. My husband really likes these briefs. He even ordered more on his own. He finds them comfortable and able to handle his leaking issues. The only downside is that they are not supposed to go in the dryer and they take two days of hanging to get dry.

These are the first pair of underwear that I’ve tried for incontinence (and I’ve literally tried them all) that are created for male anatomy and for men who’ve had prostatectomies and have more serious leakage problems. Most pads in other underwear assume your anatomy always points straight down and never moves. The truth is things down there move around. Menvault underwear allow you to correct for this. Brilliant.

I’m a first time user. Thought I was ordering Large but received Small. Contacted Menvault and they cheerfully made it right. They work great as advertised. My only concern is the laundering process. The convenience of throwing away the disposable pads vs needing to launder these is a consideration.

The washable guard is built to hold up to repeated washing, and we find most guys settle into a simple rotation once they're used to it. A gentle cycle at max 30°C with a mild detergent, no fabric softener or bleach, then air dry, and you're set.
