The ordering process and the quality of the briefs. Medium briefs turned out to be too loose on me though so they didn't perform as well as I'd hoped.

Arrived quickly in good shape. I screwed up on sizing, ordered Large instead of the Medium I now see i needed. I was eager to try them out so opened and wore them anyway. Fit is a little big but serviceable. Function is excellent, never even feel damp.
