Overall a 4 star experience. Pros - Comfortable. No adhesive to stick to skin or hair. Soft. Absorbent. Holds leaks. Stays in place, no shifting. Cons- Expensive. I ordered 4 pair with wash bag and an extra guard. Need 7 or 8 pair to use over a week. (I will not be wearing the same underwear multiple days.) A little like wearing a small blanket. Some bulk, but you get used to it. Extra absorbent pad is almost useless. Nothing to hold it in place. Falls away and bunches. Hassle to wash and dry. Cannot wash with regular load, have to have special load. Have to air dry, not convenient. Some odor when wearing after incontinence. Not supposed to happen. Overall, worth using, but with limitations. I will buy again, hence the 4 star rating.
