Received the device last week but it doesn't work. Have emailed twice to exchange with support at mendyourmental but zero response. Like others said, buyer beware. I will amend this review if i hear from them. Don't spend money that you can't afford to just lose.

After repeated follow-ups the DHL tracker shows it was delivered a week ago (7wks after the order) in the US (I’m in NewZealand). The staff provide template updates that contradict themselves and have refused to refund because they say it’s not lost. Such a horrible experience! They keep telling me too wait its been in NZ for weeks ??? go figure ..Shame on them

Ordered the Chill Pill on 9/01, never got a confirmation but my credit card was billed. Looking at the website, it states: All orders are processed and shipped out within 1 business day. Once shipped, domestic orders within the U.S. normally arrive within 2-4 business days. However, inclement weather conditions, mail carrier issues, and customs may all cause delays in transit. So, after 4 weeks I should have received this! Beware!!

Does NOT help with insomnia or anxiety at all. In fact, causes heart palpitations and arrythmias. Trying to return but because I misplaced the 2-cent instructional guide, they say they will not issue refund. Terrible. Don't bother with them. I should have known better.

I wish I could give a proper review but this was never shipped to me even after a lot of back and forth email with the company. Kind of a fundamental flaw if they can’t ship the product. Ironic that the product can help with anxiety! Just interacting with this company causes anxiety! Best to avoid. Will be ordering something similar from elsewhere.

I placed an order over a month ago a UPS label was created (I got notification of this) and then it has never shipped. I have reached out to the company a few times with no reply. Right now it seems like they have taken my money without any intentions of shipping my product. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM
