Yep it's a scam, they take your money but don't send you what you ordered, they don't reply to enquires, probably not even a company

I tried the device for two weeks and decided to return it. It did not work for me. When you ask for refund, they make you jump through hoops. e.g. Reason why? Then you need to pay the postage to return the product. After 3 weeks no refund. But today, they advised me of a $26 refund, instead of the list price of $75. This company is a scam!

After charging, I pressed the power button (you have to keep it depressed for about 5 seconds to power on). No matter how often I pressed the + sign nothing! It takes ages to get a response from customer service by email - there is no telephone number - and the customer has to pay for return shipping of a defective product. Don't even consider buying this as after checking independent reviews this has way more negatives online than positives.

After 2 days they said I could return it but refuse to give me return instructions as they promised twice. I file a complaint with the BBB and if they can't resove it I will file a claim, including ALL expensed in small claims court. This is modern day snake oil It did absolutely NOTHING to help me sleep. Customer service was useless as well. WHEN, not if, you decide to return it, YOU pay shipping, and then they claim they didn't receive the product back. So, don't buy it. Period.

I've been trying to return my chill pill and get a refund. I'm still awaiting a response. I have emailed them about three or four times.

I ordered the chill pill back on March 7th. They provided a false tracking number. I have reached out several times asking for a refund. They refuse to refund me, and are now no longer responding to messages. DO NOT SHOP HERE IT'S A SCAM!!!
