The thing that separates memorygram from all the others is the music. No better way than to view memories of our loved one with a song. It’s another way to “feel” our loved ones. The medallion and dog tag are beautiful and certainly made to last. Customer service responded promptly to any questions and issues regarding my order. Good experience!

I just submitted my final story for publication in my book so I cannot comment on the book itself. What I can comment on is the thoughtful questions that are proposed as well as the option of adding your own questions. Most important was the incredible level of support I received from their staff when I had questions about submissions and the actual layout of the book. They offered timely responses and specific responses to my questions. Thanks for the help. I can’t wait to see my grandsons’book!

Memorygram is an excellent website and a useful tool for writing a legacy book. However, due to changing personal circumstances, I decided I would request the 7 day refund option and re-subscribe at a later date. Customer support replied to my request within a few hours and my refund was processed the same day. Thank you Memorygram.

The team at MemoryGram went above and beyond to support me in creating a beautiful tribute for my grandmother. Their compassion and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions, helped me set up the memorial page, and ensured the medallion was crafted to perfection. I couldn't have asked for a more supportive team during this challenging time.

Creating a memorial with Memorygram's medallion was a heartfelt experience. The medallion is not only beautiful but also serves as a gateway to a personal memorial page, allowing us to share our love and memories with family and friends. It's a wonderful way to honor a loved one.

Their medallions went beyond my expectations. The craftsmanship is superb, and the concept of a digital memorial page is a beautiful way to honor a loved one's legacy. It's a meaningful alternative to traditional memorials that I highly recommend.

One of the coolest things I have come across. I signed up with my mother, and it’s been such a great experience going through everything. The whole process has been very easy, and I couldn’t recommend more!

Life has gotten in the way of moving this along as I had hoped, but I'm not going to give up. I have written and published two memoirs of my own. One covers my first 16 years; the second covers the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s; and I'm currently working on my third and last, which will cover from age 50 to the present (I am now 80). I know how much effort and work goes into writing one's own memoir. It is extremely rewarding, but more work than most people will commit to. So, when I discovered Memorygram as an option, I thought of it as a way for a dear friend of mine to provide his life story without all the work of doing it by himself. So, I signed up for myself to check it out. When I found it to be an excellent way for the average person to create his/her memoir, I signed up my dear friend. We are doing our books separately, of course, but we talk to each other about each aspect. We are having a great time. The holidays have slowed us down, but we are committed to completing our Memorygram books in 2024.
