Great customer service!

I asked to have a picture of my husband and our dog restored. It was one of those things where you left a roll of film undeveloped for years. Orange and distorted. I requested the restoration on the 30th of Dec. My husband passed away the next day. By the 1st of January they emailed me the finished restoration! Just in time for my husband's service. I am very pleased with the pictures and the experience.

I wasn't disappointed instead I was completely overwhelmed with the joy at what a beautiful photo restoration that Memory Cherish did for me. I was looking to restore an early-90s picture of my late father. Prior to MemoryCherish I had inquired with other places/companies that either could not restore or made the picture too "cartoon-like." After a recent death of a family member my husband came across a photo of his cousin taken with her parents on Christmas Day 1965. The photo was very damaged with a hole right through it. While searching for a company that would be able to restore and deliver it in time for Christmas, I came across Memory Cherish. With only a couple of weeks before Christmas, I thought I’d take a chance with Memory Cherish, which turned out to be the best decision I could have made. Not only did they do a remarkable job restoring the old photo. They delivered the restored prints with plenty of time to frame and deliver for Christmas. I highly recommend Memory Cherish and definitely will be using them in the future. My only regret was not having them colorize the photo. But the delivered black and white print is absolutely beautiful.

Most, if not all of my childhood photos are blurry. They did what they could. I'm thankful.
