The item was nicely packaged. It came undamaged and the engraving was beautifully done. When I have a need, I will be a returning customer.

Hi Jeff - We just emailed you. Sorry your expectations weren't met with the locks. We have photos of the locks on the product listing, but we can look at adding more. These cases are more for display purposes than security purposes, but we will look at our manufacturing options considering this is the first we've heard of the locks being too thin.

I love the products from Memorabilia Displays! Their POP sorters are absolutely perfect and so convenient for boxing up figures. I've gotten tons of compliments and grateful comments because the packaging is extra protected in the snug sorter. Easy to use, great quality and easy website/payment/shipping process.

Great customer service. I had questions regarding how to complete a purchase and Jeff went out of his way to help. I have purchased display cases from Memorabilia Displays in the past and definitely will use them in the future.

The product I received was 3 stars, but because the company chose to delete my review so others couldn’t see it, they get 2 stars here for being shady and deceitful. I ordered a display case that was described as made to order. Since it was supposed to be made to order, I requested that all of the glass be clear (the back glass piece normally comes mirrored). They said that wasn’t possible to do, so the “made to order” bit is fake. It’s just an excuse for slow shipping. Once I received the case, the glass had glue visibly squishing out of the seams. It looks like a child accidentally broke it and tried to glue it back together before Dad gets home.

Hi - We’ve reached out 2 times to you and are still awaiting your reply. Please reach out to us directly next time so we can help you out, since we want a happy customer. We are happy to send a replacement if you are unhappy with the quality of how the glass case was assembled. Sorry, we don't do custom cases, unfortunately. The glass cases take 2-7 business days to send out, which is highlighted in the product listing. Looking forward to hearing back so we can get a new glass top out.

Reported issues with the order and the company went above and beyond to make it right. Very impressed by the customer service.

Hi Heather - Wish you reached out to us. The nameplate would have been delivered in a small unmarked envelope. Let me know if you can't find it in your USPS mail and we will send a new one out. Happy to refund you ASAP too.

Hi Alissa - Thanks for the 5* review! Glad you like the mini baseball bat glass display case. Shipping glass can be frustrating with poor handling, but glad it made it to you perfect.
