Hi Michel - Glad we could connect over the phone. A new nameplate was shipped and you should be receiving it shortly. Since nameplate are shipped via stamped mail, they are open to getting lost unfortunately.

Hi Michael - Really sorry to hear your expectations weren't met. We call out our glass cases take 2-7 business days to ship out, but this one took 8 business days to get out. I hope this still made for a good present, the wall mount glass baseball bat display case is one of our most popular cases we sell.
