Nice item for display

Wanted to update my prior review of Memorabilia Displays. Jeff did reach out to me and refunded my shipping costs. They do state shipment can take up to 7 business days. My fault for not seeing this. As for my case, it is enroute and I should receive it tomorrow. Refreshing to order from a company who is concerned about the customer.

What made my experience great with you, after our first hiccup, was your immediate communication with me and how the minor issue could be resolved. It was and you kept true to your word. I truly appreciate that, it means a lot in this world we live in, and the item I ordered made a grand slam for the recipient. Thank you.

As usual, great product, good price and quick shipping. Highly recommend.

It is nice to get what you want good service good product

Thank you so much! It is wonderful for my son’s autographed helmet! Item is as described, fast shipping, packaged extremely well! Would definitely purchase from here again.

Easy ordering, well made cases, and friendly staff. Will certainly order from again for my display needs. Thank you!

The softball display case arrived 11.28.22 in perfect condition. My credit card that I paid for it was hacked while package was enroute, by FFEX, making me think I should pay $1.85 for express delivery. So I cancelled the credit card. And received a new one in today’s (held) mail. Thank you it’s a beautiful remembrance for my son of my mother’s fast-pitching days!!
