overall the jersey displays are great. good finishing, light weight, well packed for protection. two reasons for not giving it a five star: - the protection on the plexiglass is great to have, but an absolute PITA to remove. it comes off in a lot of small pieces (not like you would have on appliances or screens where the foil usually comes off in one piece). - it would be outstanding if there was sort of a tips and tricks sheet showing how to mount a jersey properly/nicely/easily in the frame. A basketball jersey would be easy, but when you have a hockey jersey and you are a first time user - not the easiest.

Hi Michael - Really sorry to hear your expectations weren't met. We call out our glass cases take 2-7 business days to ship out, but this one took 8 business days to get out.
