I was very happy with the service. However, I did wind up going to the Doctor because I needed an antibiotic. That's the only drawback I see from doing MeMD online.

I am very pleased with the services! I actually was a bit rude to the doctor because I was not sure if this was a legit service or not, since it was my first time using any type of service like this. He assured me that everything was okay and for me to check company if I didn't trust the services. The process was extremely speedy and I had a great experience. I was able to pick up my prescription within 25 minutes of hanging up. I've recommended the company to 3 people since using it and they all had great experiences as well.

I had some trouble with registering for a visit, (not my fault) so I had to have their care representative register me. She was very helpful and polite. Quick call from MD. The only problem I had was, we discussed my symptoms , previous call with same symptoms 3 weeks ago, and the med I was prescribed then. That antibiotic did not clear up my infection. He agreed to order another.antibiotic, but ordered the same antibiotic again for me. He was concerned about the drug we discussed interfering with other meds I am on per the pharmacist. I understand that, but there are many antibiotics to choose from. I hope my UTI gets cleared up this time.

was all good except doctor took long time to get prescription over to pharmacy.

I really like this service, it is fast and friendly and less then going to the regular dr. I have great insurance but would rather pay the $50 for this so I dont have to take time off work or away from the things I would rather be doing. I give it 4 stars only because they have issues with sending it to the correct pharmacy. The closest pharmacy is almost never listed. Other then they I love this service.

Very quick and efficient. I suffer from copd and get bronchitis twice a year, so I knew what worked in the past and requested those medications. I don't know if I would use an online doctor if I wasn't sure what the problem was.

It took a little time to get a call back but once we made contact it was very quick.
