Awesome. Fast and had great customer service. Cost less than urgent care and it's basically urgent care.

I found myself in a situation where getting away from my work schedule to get a prescription renewed AND getting an appointment that wasn't a month out were the biggest problem. I went to the internet in hopes of finding a solution that wasn't financially way more expensive as an option. A brief but detailed questionnaire followed by a follow up call and then a call by a medical practitioner led to me being able to go and pick up my prescription from my normal pharmacy. Great service. Would not hesitate to use again if needed.

Who on earth wants to leave their house when they're not feeling well? Let alone enter a building filled with all kinds of germs and sickness… MeMD is the best thing out there! I tell everybody I know about it! You can't top this service for non-life-threatening illnesses! The response time and bedside manner are top notch!!!! 🙌🏻

Everything went very smoothly and the doctor took very good care of me quickly as well.

Dr.Carr was very through and attentive. He worked hard to find the best price for the medication he prescribed and checked different avenues to help pay for it. He asked relevant questions and was prompt with sending the medication request straight to my pharmacy. I have used this service several times and was always paired with Dr.Carr which makes me happy as continuainty of care is important to me. Dr. Carr did follow up calls to make sure I understood the directions with the medication. Definitely received good care and would recommend this service highly in the event of a non-emergency need.

I spoke to your customer representative and he said the doctor would be calling within 30 minutes. However, the doctor called me back in about 10 minutes. I explained to her that my family had been sick with strep. She said that I my symptoms sounded like an upper respiratory infection. She prescribed an antibiotic and cough medicine. She also told me that if the medicine didn't work, I should see a doctor. It really did the trick. I am doing fine now, thanks to MeMD.

I called MeMD with a respiratory infection and the on call nurse called me back within minutes, asked me questions about my symptoms. She was very professional and very thorough and called the medications that I needed into the pharmacy. This was late at night and I really appreciated the quick response. I highly recommend MeMD.
