I paid to get a prescription for 5 headache pills.

If I could rate "0" stars, I would... this company lies to you about speaking with a Doctor... a nurse practitioner called me and I couldn't even understand her with her kids crying and fighting with each other in the background... she was very unprofessional and seriously just downright rude... I was trying to get an Rx re-filled and she only prescribed 25% of my normal re-fill... I would not recommend using this online service at all😒

It was a Saturday afternoon when I decided to use MeMD instead of going to urgent care. It was a huge waste of my money and time. I was told that a doctor would call me in 30 minutes and about 45-50 minutes later she called. The Doctor I spoke with sounded like she was at lunch in an outdoor restaurant with her girlfriends who were laughing and talking in the background. The doctor was distracted and not really listening to anything that I said. She asked ME how she should diagnose my issue and I was flabbergasted. She ended up telling me I should go to Urgent Care.

Called at 11pm asking if it was open. Representative Kristin said yes. No doctor ever called in the first hour. I called her back a few times finally she said she'd just "put me thru to the provider". I waited on hold till I got disconnected. Called back again Kristin said she'll just find another provider but it may take 20 to 30 minutes. Another hour later I called her back and she said all this time she's been "reaching out to providers" but didn't have anyone yet. At 1am I gave up. Wasted 2 hours for nothing and I need to wake up in 5 hours for work. Told her I would have preferred to have been told she didn't have anyone and to call back in the morning. Totally upsetting.

The doctor I got was really rude. Talked to me like I was stupid. I was out if my meds I always take and he was reluctant to call me some in. Wasn't any super serious meds like adderal or a narco. Just regular meds.

Not very happy. Sign up was not explained well. I enrolled my wife as a member of my family. However, each family member has to have own account. Finally got that straightened out. Doctor was supposed to call back...waited for over 2 hours. Never did. I am requesting refund.

Initially my experience was on par with other providers. My doctor asked that I should wait two days before writing me a script for antibiotic, then if I still wasn't better, I could call back into MeMD and he would have notated my account for the script to be written. I followed instructions, and when I was still not better, I called back into MeMD. The rep I spoke with said I would have to pay AGAIN for a second conversation. When I told him that wasn't the agreement, he said he would call the doctor that met with me and then call me back. I never heard back from him. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE.
