MeMD lives up to the promise to be there when you need them. I have used them once and so has a family member. They diagnosed and submitted the prescription quickly. From consultation to pick up of medicine, the process took less than 2 hours! So much better (and cheaper) than Urgent Care or ER!!

I have been extremely impressed with MeMD. Often, when you have an ailment you've had before and you know your symptoms, you just want a doctor to listen, confirm and prescribe if needed. I have found this to be the case with MeMD; they listen to my concerns, ask relevant questions and if needed, promptly send any needed prescriptions to the pharmacy of my choice. All of this occurs within a few hours. Despite having health insurance, this is a much easier option for those instance when I'm in a hurry or traveling, or just don't feel like going into the doctor's office and spending more time than MeMD will take!

I love this because it is cheaper than my co pay with insurance to a walk In clinic. They call you almost right away and explain everything. Very easy to use, do not need to use the camera. At first I was worried but I am guessing its for like a rash that they have to actually see. I have been using this for years!

It was a quick and easy process. I have two toddlers and the idea of going to the doctors with them... well... the illness sounds better. I was able to do this, at home, in less than a hour! This was wonderful! She sent off my prescription right away!
