It was quick and the doc was nice.

While the service is extremely convenient and modestly priced, I didn't like it when the physician asked, "So what's the problem" as though the information was not already supplied by me when I logged on to the website and filled out the questionnaire. I don't like having to repeat the same words that I Just wrote down.

Would definitely use again

Relatively quick and delivered what was promised. Physician interview was a little too brief though. Cheaper than a visit to the doctor office.

I love using MeMD it's quick and cheaper than hospital. I will always use them for all of my family

The only issue is that it took almost 24 hours to be connected with a doctor.

It was great - there was a slight confusion on sending pics of my allergic reactive rash - but once they got them - it went very well.... The Nurse that assisted me was great - she asked me a ton of questions to try and analyze my problem,,,,remember she is only looking at pictures... she did great ... she wrote me a prescription for antibiotics ...I picked them up 1/2 hr later. - this was all on Saturday early afternoon..... by Monday - the irritation of this rash was nothing like before - it looked so much better and by Tuesday - it was pretty much gone... I recommend this service - when you don't or can't get to Urgent care... it's worth the $49

My first contact with the Dr. Was 45 minutes later then the first person indicated it would be. Still less time than an office visit. The Dr.was thorough. I had to call back a day later to follow up and the followup experience was extremely efficient. Very cost effective way to deal with minor medical issues.
