Never again.

I found the experience unacceptable. I had a very hard time registering successfully with my company's connection. The promotional flyers were not clear in the process. I had to request a medical conversation twice before I received a call back. The doctor's bedside manner was lacking. I was told the prescription was being called in right away. I had to call back because I was charged too much for the consultation. We waited three hours before going to the pharmacy and the prescription was never sent. I had to call back a second time to get the prescription sent. Then had to make a second trip to the pharmacy. Ended up costing more time then an actual doctor appointment.

I have used the service many prior times and have loved it. This most recent time, everything seemed similar until I go to the pharmacy and received a whopping 2 day script (4 pills), where I have always got a small immediate prescription but then a maintenance prescription as well. I told the physician this on the phone and thought everything was a go as I told him what I had previously been prescribed and I’m sure he was looking at my chart. So, I’m disappointed about the consistency and the fact that I paid the money to get a script for 4 pills and it didn’t even heal my condition. I’ll just go to a local Doctor from now on unfortunately.

I was disappointed that after being prescribed an antibiotic which made me incredibly nauseous, I was told by the doctor I spoke with that I should have an in person exam because I could have an infection. Of course I had an infection- he just prescribed me a medication where a major side effect is stomach nausea and vomiting. Waste of money

Recommended medication that wasnt covered by insurance. Spoke for less than 5 minutes. Didnt really ask much about my symptoms. Waste of money.

The receptionists that I dealt with was awesome, the dr not so much. He must have been at a party or a restaurant or something. It was very loud and I could hardly hear him. He didn’t ask any questions at all. He had basically already made his own diagnosis from what the questionnaire said. He prescribed meds that my insurance doesn’t cover and the pharmacy tried to reach him but he never responded. I ended up having to call again and insist on the appropriate meds. The receptionist did most of that was very helpful. Update: i did end up having to go to insta care today and was given new Meds and diagnosis. So overall using this service was a waste of time and money and just prolonged my Illness. Will not be using it again.

I tried using MeMD because I suspected that my daughter had a UTI. I was told the provider would call within 30 minutes. I received the call an hour later. The doctor told me to take my child to urgent care because she was under 18. I did, she was diagnosed with a UTI. So, instead of paying a $25 co-pay for the MeMD, I ended up paying a $75 co-pay for MeMD and urgent care. MeMD was a complete waste of time and money. I was lured in with the promise of saving money. The brochure listed the things the MeMD can be used for. UTI was included in that. Yes, the intake person said that treatment is up to the physician. However, they knew my child's symptoms and her AGE. It would have been nice to have been given the courtesy of "this probably is the best route for you." No, they were happy to take my money and give me NO help at all. I will NEVER use this service again. I will also inform anyone thinking about using it that it is a waste of time and money.

was a waste of my time and money I'm sure i have strep and they told me it was respiratory infection that antibiotics won't cure so now i will have to go see a doctor anyways and spend more money on a doctors visit will not recommend this to anyone and honestly will sway people away from it. why waste money and get no help
