This app makes getting in home care so easy when you feel so awful you most surely don’t want to leave your home. I would have given 5 stars but they raised the price since my last visit and when you don’t have insurance every penny counts, Visit plus the RX’s. Otherwise, I was treated very well. I am getting better daily!

The dr consultation was a bit slow due to lack of weekend TX dr’s on call - no fault to MeMD - however they kept me updated every mile until the dr called. System also went down so had to call back to inquire on prescription being submitted to pharmacy; however, they again provided a prompt resolution with follow up. Would use MeMD again.

It was great to have access to someone quickly while I was sick....there was some difficulty getting connected but we worked through it.

I was having bad influenza , asthma, and upper respiratory infection on Christmas Day I had very high anxiety and to be honest was a little scared A nurse practitioner called me in short time and a caring voice was on the other end to prescribe treatment I was able to get to a pharmacy and get steroids and an antibiotic Thank you

Would have given 5 stars but took a few hours longer to get meds as expected.....

I have used MeMD twice now and both times have met or exceeded my expectations. It saved me trips to urgent care when my primary care doctor couldn't fit me in or I was out of town. The coordinator contacted me immediately and the provider soon after. It was a quick conversation and for something I knew, as an RN for 27 years, I needed a prescription for. They called it in and in a few hours I had the medication. Worth the minimal cost for the convenience and to not waste the time of urgent care or ER personnel for something not emergent.

this has been a good experience for me and the doctor was very interested in supplying the best prescription. thank you
