They were ok. I called them because I thought I needed antibiotics after being sick a week while on a business trip. they were friendly, got back to me, told me to take benedryl after I said, I was already maxing out on OTC. he said try it a few days, if not call back and they will prescribe anti-biotics. when I called back they wanted another 49.95. I refused. found a cvs that I had to drive over an hour to and they said I should have been on antibiotics earlier.

I personally have bad experience as follow up but in case of emergency it's a good service.
