Very friendly, able to diagnose correctly over the phone. They seem to care and understand that people know when they are sick, or in my issue i know i have sinus issues, i have all my life. I know when i need meds cause i have tried everything else.

Excellent!! I love it and I will definitely use MeMD again. This was a speedy process and it was a lot quicker than waiting for an appointment and then having to wait in a waiting room for hours for a physician.

I had the BEST experience with MeMD. The doctor called me within 15 minutes of submitting my complaint and had a prescription called in before we got off the phone. This is much more convenient than urgent care, especially when it’s not an urgent matter

I’ve called them 3 times so far and they are so helpful and prompt. It’s nice to not have to leave my house and still get help. I don’t need to be around other sick people when I’m sick myself. It’s so convenient! For sure would recommend it.
