Very helpful, professional and efficient. I was traveling and needed an rx for a medication I forgot to take with me. My doctor wasn't available by phone. I called MEMD, spoke to a doctor, and asked him to call the rx in to a pharmacy near where I'd be staying. When I went to pick it up, the pharmacist told me my insurance wouldn't cover the tablet form of the med, which is what the rx was for. I called MEMD about it. They were able to immediately get the doctor to call the pharmacy. It turned out the pharmacist must have been wrong, because she ended up giving me the tablet form - with no explanation of why she originally said she couldn't. Point is - MEMD pulled through for me. They were available and on top of things when a problem developed. Will definitely use again if needed.

Treated with respect, I use MeMd for my annual sinus infections, and strep throat that my kids pass along to me after seeing doctors. As a professional, and mature adult, this is a great service, saves me time and money.

I look forward to using this service in the future the representative was so nice and friendly had some concerns about when I called my pharmacy they said they didn't have a prescription for me at the pharmacy so I called back and told my concern she went right on and handle the situation it's nice to have such good ppls in your corner these days sincerely felicia Kelly 😀
