Good experience overall. I felt that the nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. The only recommendation would be for an email to be sent to review what was talked about in the consultation with the provider. This could also serve as a doctor's note to provide a school or employer.

Very helpful, I'm dealing with a severe sinus infection. Doctor call within 30 minutes of request, discussed symptoms prescribed medications and called them into my pharmacy. Will definitely use this service again.

Quick and efficient medical care by a compassionate doctor.

I have used MeMD several times mostly to renew prescriptions for BP Meds. It about 1/3 the cost of a Doctor visit and I have been on the Meds for 10+ yrs and they work and I monitor my BP daily w a cuff I own. Recently I got suck with Flu and used the service again saving big money and not having to sit in a office to get ZPac and Inhaler etc.... I live on a remote Island and getting seen by providers when needed other than ER is not an option. It's $700 to walk into to or ER and a 3 to 5 day wait to get appointment w an MD. MeMD a valuable tool to me. I have it as an app on my phone. I will use it in any appropriate situation and recommend it to any adult for non critical on demand health services.

I have no concern with the help I received. The return call was quick and very helpful. But I was not happy with the price I was charged. I thought it would be cheaper since I get it through Aflac $ 25.00 Not $57.95.I have not received any thing from Aflac telling me of a price increase. And yes I did agree to pay the amount charged because I was iut of town and need a prescription.

It took a little longer than expected for the doc to call me but he was nice and I was able to get my antibiotics quickly enough, feeling much better now!
