Waited over 2 hours for Doctor after being told it would be 15-30 minutes. I finally called and requested another doctor. The new doctor called immediately buy my prescription wasn't called in until the next day. I have used this service 3 times over the past 2 years for medication refills while traveling and had issues 2 of the 3 times. It is convenient in theory but the putting into practice part needs some work.

I appreciate that I was able to renew my prescription but it was only renewed for a month and I was on the phone for less than 5 minites. The person I spoke with didn't introduce themselves or give me their name, or qualifications and was not very cordial. I did get what I absolutely needed but I was also disappointed with the service.

I requested a 3 month supply of refill on medications and was told no problem, but when I picked up my meds there were no refills and one of my meds was not the correct dosage. I called MeMD and they quickly resolved the matter. I would rate my experience this time as 3 1/2 stars, but that option isn't given.

I ask for a prescription refill for a cream I have used over a year to fight psoriasis on my hands. The first call I received verified my medical information and she told me that it may or may not be the exact prescription. Well, it was not the same. It was also much smaller than the original prescription with only 1 refill. I was told it would be a 90 day supply. It will only last 2 weeks and the psoriasis is worse than when I started using the cream. Lesson well learned. Do not continue if the prescription is not the same as you are needing. Verify what you will need for 90 days

great out of the gate and called me quickly but I have still not gotten better, condition is worse and I have called and left a couple messages asking for help and consult and no calls back whatsoever

I like how quickly they get back to you, but they will not prescribe refills on prescriptions so that you have to call them every time you need a refill...aka pay $50 for every refill.

The doctor was good and attentive. My only complaint is that they should be able to write controlled substances if they see fit. Otherwise a great service.

Needed antibiotics.They said no see a doctor. I thought you were a doctor?! Went to doctor you need antibiotics. Dont bother with these people seriously.
