The doctor I consulted with was knowledgeable about my condition and helped me very quickly, so that was great. She also wrote my prescription with a refill, so that was helpful. Really my only complaint would be the price: $67. I think that was little steep, especially when there are other providers on the same type of platform charging only $20 for some visits, which I think is more appropriate given the extent of our phone call. It was quick and easy, however I've called twice and I'm still sick. I'm really not willing to pay for a 3rd call.

The first doctor I had was terrible. Condescending, rude with no bedside manner. Even after I told him I have a history of severe sinus infections and could basically self diagnose myself and I was leaving the country for two weeks and needed an antibiotic so I didn’t end up in a foreign hospital, he told me to use a humidifier and nose spray. I called customer service and they were great. They set me up with a second provider who was good, listened to my issues and gave me a rx for a antibiotic. Some doctors are better than others (like anywhere) but customer service was great.

I have been using MeMD for several years now and their service and providers have been excellent! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of one experience with one provider who seemed distracted, and acted as if talking to me was a bother. i would have hung up but was afraid I would be charged for another consult. The consult ended fine but I called MeMD to voice my dissatisfaction. They were very pro-active, apologized for my experience and told me that if I previously spoke with a provider I liked I could request them. I have done so, and am very satisfied with their service. Other than that one little hiccup, 5 STARS!!

Overall very good experience. I loved the doctor, he listened and ask more questions than my regular GP. I found the website a little hard to understand. I was checking out the site to see when I could get an appointment and next thing I knew I had paid for an appointment. The doctor called within 30 minutes which was great but I would had liked to know when my appointment was ahead of time. A little more information on the website would be my only complaint.
