Meh. Doctor prescribed 3 prescriptions that didn't work. All I needed was an antibiotic. Got a zpak from a friend and it cured me of the secondary chest infection. Won't use this service again.

Very quick and convenient! Problem is I am breast feeding, and was given a prescription that is not safe for breast feeding. Would use again, but with caution, and possibly a follow up with my normal doctor if needed. Like I had to do in this case.

Waited longer than stated for call back from doctor. After finishing prescribed medications I still do not feel better.

The Dr. didn’t have a clue what to prescribe me. The Dr ended up prescribing me meds for someone with asthma and I had a sinus infection.

Ok doctor didn’t act like he knew what certain meds were that I take etc but treated my symptoms and called medicine that helped

My first time using it, I had uploaded a photo of my throat, it was obvious I had strep. But the phone call with the doctor didn't even last 30 seconds. I was sick and kind of out of it so I had a question but felt rushed and remembered after I hung up and had no way of asking the question without paying for another visit. My advice make a list of everything because they don't ask much and be prepared for the call.

I appreciate the honesty of the dr that told me I should go somewhere in person, but I felt having to pay $60 and he did not do anything was wrong. I will be hesitant to use md again.

This is the 3rd time I have used them. The first was a great experience. The dr took her time and even used the camera. The 2nd dr 2 weeks ago pretty much just gave me a steroid for sinuses. All he did was hear what I said and asked no questions like he was in a hurry. Yesterday I called because the steroid nasal didn’t seem to work well. So after telling the dr he asked me what I wanted to do. I then told him that after a week the steroid should have worked but still problems. He then asked if I wanted a antibiotic and gave me amoxicillin. This is a week antibiotic to have sinus issues for 2 weeks now. Just a lot different than my first experience. I am impressed with the timeliness though
