It was a was of money. I didn't get the meds I needed for what was wrong with me. I ended up having to go to urgent care. Save your money and just pay the co-pays for urgent care.

Doctor didn't give me the proper amount of antibiotics. Never is a course of antibiotics supposed to be 3 days. 5-7 is protocol. This was NOT ok.

Inadequate service. 6 months of weekly therapy session. Currently I have only been able to connect to the video chat 3 times. Customer service does not call before the scheduled appointments.

My experience was good. I had a kind doctor who did prescribe medication. No problems picking up my prescriptions. I ended up having to visit a doctor in town a week later as I still was not getting any better. However, around the same time I had my boyfriend use this service also as he was coming down with the same symptoms I started with. He spoke to a different doctor but explained to him he had been in close contact with someone who has a severe upper respiratory infection (turned pneumonia I found out) and his doctor told him it was viral and he couldn't do anything but prescribe him some cough syrup. I felt like the doctor totally blew him off and didn't listen to what he was telling him. Obviously this was not viral. It took 36 hours and several phone calls JUST to get the cough syrup called in. WE stood in line sick at a pharmacy only to be told the doctor who prescribed it had not yet approved the prescription and that they were "trying" to get in touch with him. This doctor dropped the ball in so many ways. Monday morning my boyfriend had to go to the doctor and was prescribed steroids and antibiotics and is feeling better. His experience was a total waste of time and money. We both have insurance and do not need to use MeMD but chose to do so because of the convenience when you really just do not feel well. We asked for a refund on his visit and were told that a supervisor would call and no one ever did. Because of the experience we had when my boyfriend called in I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone use MeMD.

I had a sore throat with sinus headaches I sent the pics of my throat in. the doc says it’s an upper reaspatory infection, and gives me my prescriptions. Two days go by and my situation gets worse. Now I have a fever and no meds are touching the pain I was in. Went to the urgent care, and the doc there said it was strep throat, and that the other meds was for viruses and not bacteria. So two days later I’m back to normal with the antibiotics. Just go to the damn doctor and get it right the first time.

Doctor had his mindset about diagnosis from a picture before speaking with me. He was in an obvious hurry to keep the phone call under a minute. I described the issues beyond the obvious physical problem and said that I've had a similar issue before and was diagnosed as something else, he said that it didn't make sense but he would prescribe medicine for it too. Called pharmacy later, he did not send in that prescription, contacted MeMD who spoke with him and he finally sent it. I get to the pharmacy, he prescribed a one day course. Went to the doctor the next day and was told it is what I was told before and that it needed 10 day course of treatment and that a the 4 pills I received were of no help for any treatment and any doctor knows that. I can't risk my health and well being to doctors who care more about how many calls they do rather than a carefully thought diagnosis.

Called fast but did not get a accurate diagnosis.

Well my first experience was good, but when I needed to follow up I had to request another exam and pay another $25. Also, the second time I did not receive the doctor's note that I requested.
