MemberPress is the best all-in-one membership and course plugin. And you can also sell access to digital downloads too! It's super easy to set up and super easy to use. You'll rarely need support because the documentation is good and code easy to follow - but in the cases that you do reach out to them, the support is top notch. Can't recommend MemberPress more highly!

Overall, Memberpress is an excellent membership software. Improvements in the future should include more freedom to edit the "slug" pages instead of the bland form type page.

I had created a problem with my account renewal, completely my fault. The result…renewing to the wrong package and loosing access to my multiple licences. As I said, it was completely of my own doing and not in any way caused by MemberPress itself. Having said that, the support at MemberPress was absolutely first rate. I sent them a support ticket advising of my ‘stuff up’ and within a very short time I had a response from Predrag at support assuring me the problem would be fixed. Another message followed with a couple of steps they needed me to do, followed by a confirmation that it was all sorted. Not only that, they refunded me the money that I had incorrectly paid for the wrong renewal package. And if that wasn’t enough, they actually put me on a different plan that was way more effective for my needs and a lot cheaper than what I’d been paying. Honestly, I’ve been blown away by this experience, they really did go way beyond what they needed to and I’m most grateful to them. Next year at renewal time…I’ll pay a bit more attention to what I’m actually doing, but I have no doubt that if I encounter any problems then, or in the year ahead, they will go out of their way to assists me.
