I’m happy with how my website turned out, thanks to the dedicated team at MemberPress DFY Services. The design process was handled with great care, and every detail was thoughtfully executed. Revisions were completed quickly and with skill. Although there were a few challenges after the site went live, I’m confident the team will ensure every detail is fully resolved. One issue was that the courses on my original website weren’t transferred to the staging site and, as a result, were missing from the new live site. While this might have been a communication oversight, it was clearly mentioned in earlier correspondence that courses were part of the site. Addressing this type of situation proactively could improve the experience for future projects. Also, I wasn’t informed in advance that a subscription for Elementor would be required. This only came to light as the site was going live. It would be helpful to communicate such requirements upfront to avoid surprises. Finally, I’m unsure if I’ll be able to create new memberships on my own without additional support. Including foundational training as part of the process could be valuable and useful for customers. Overall, the team did fantastic work, and I believe DFY Services will continue to be a great success with a few minor adjustments. Thank you for bringing my vision to life!

I can't say enough good things about the support that MemberPress provides. The tool is complicated and there is a learning curve -- it has numerous features and there is no way I will ever be able to master them all (let alone use them all). However, whenever questions or problems arise, I have had multiple positive, productive interactions with the support team. They respond quickly and are more than willing to log into the offending site to see the issue for themselves and provide solutions. MemberPress is definitely worth the investment.
