MemberPressReviews of memberpress.com

MemberPress support is truly outstanding—first class in every respect. Their team is highly responsive, exceptionally knowledgeable in their field, and consistently courteous and professional. It may sound unusual, but we have never encountered such an impressive level of customer support. Every interaction leaves us feeling like valued and important clients. We would especially like to thank Omar, Sinisa, Sam, Natalie, and the rest of the team for their dedication and exceptional service. We genuinely appreciate the MemberPress team and wish them continued success with their excellent product. They truly excel, and we are now seriously considering engaging their Done-For-You services as well.

Memberpress is an excellent feature-rich plugin and the support makes it well worth the money. I have over the many years I have been working with Memberpress had cause to ask many questions and Omar and the team have been very helpful and responsive.

Sam did a great job troubleshooting a login error. He was very responsive and professional.

I’m a Squarespace native and a designer… NOT a developer. When asked to redesign/install a membership platform on a nonprofit WordPress site… hey, why not?! HUGE learning curve (for me), + a wonky plugin was needed to get required functionality (not from MemberPress). At *every* turn, every step, MP support (most recently from Omar) has been prompt, detailed, kind, and specifically responsive; the best support by far on this journey. Thank you!

I run my development community with MemberPress and love it. I use their courses module and rules engine to protect my content and easily monetize my work. Thanks MemberPress!

Natalie was invaluable and understanding of my issue. She dealt with my problem quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend MemberPress as a company that has your best interests at heart. Thank you, Nat

I got answers to my issue very quickly and with very clear instructions.

The product is good, reliable, and worth the price. Their support team is fast, attentive, and always helpful when I have questions.
