MemberPress is hands down one of the best membership plugins I’ve used. It’s intuitive to set up, extremely flexible, and scales well whether you’re running a simple paywall or a full-featured membership site with courses and subscriptions. The integration options, access rules, and reliability make it a no-brainer for recurring revenue businesses. Solid product, solid support, and continuously improving. Highly recommend.

The time response, the attention to detail, the fact that you’re talking to an actual human who has empathy instead of an AI. The person who SOLVED my problem did a very great job. In fact It was solved faster than I expected. This just makes me want to stick around with this company. Thank you again to whoever solved it :))

I've been using MemberPress for 7 years. Over that time, I've seen the capabilities offered grow to the point that I can now consolidate on this tool for my memberships, content protection/downloads, community, directory, and learning capabilities. This has allowed me to reduce the number of applications from 4 to 1, improving the site experience, performance, and security. It's important to note that over this time, the support has been top-notch. What has always been a responsive and knowledgeable support team is even moreso seven years later.

George, 7 years is an incredible milestone, and we are so proud to have been part of your journey! In our experience, the biggest hurdle for growing businesses is 'plugin bloat' that comes from managing four or five different tools that don't talk well to each other. We built the MemberPress Platform specifically to solve that very problem. So, it's rewarding to hear that by consolidating your memberships (Core), curriculum (Courses), and community (ClubSuite) into our All-in-One ecosystem, you’ve seen a direct boost in site performance and security. We’ve worked hard to ensure our support team remains as scalable and reliable as our software, and we’re thrilled they’ve been there for you every step of the way. We can’t wait to see where you take your site in the next 7 years! Onward, The MemberPress Team

I was an early adopter of MemberPress for a subscription site that has been running smoothly for nearly a decade. The thing that stands MemberPress apart from ALL other Wordpress plugins that I have ever worked with is their support. I rarely have to contact them as the software just works, but on the small number of occasions that I have had to, they are exceptional. Prompt, curteous, knowledgeable and solution focused are just a few phrases that I would use. On a recent request, which was doubtfully even anything to do with MemberPress, they even worked out a code snippet for me to get around an issue. If you are reading these reviews because you are considering MemberPress for your membership site; Stop Reading and go and buy it. You will not be disappointed.
