I have been a MemberPress customer for over 10 years. MemberPress drives my membership site, as well as funnelling content into my mobile app. The Corporate add-on is amazing and allows clubs around the world to grant their own members access to my premium content. The support team have always been outstanding – fast replies that are personalised, so you can chat back with the same person, who is consistently helpful.

I've used memberpress for years as the monetization engine of my subscription-based service. It democratizes what was once a complex and custom set of functions into a WordPress plugin. The support is always great too - they're responsive to my pestering questions, including a ticket that was just resolved yesterday. A solid operation overall.

Kids Guitar Academy has been using MemberPress for ten years and it is the backbone of our business. MemberPress offers the reliability and flexibility that anyone could hope for in a membership plugin. In ten years I have only had to reach out to customer support a couple of times. My recent support ticket was handled by Sam who did an amazing job helping me to troubleshoot an issue on our site. His promptness, expertise, and overall friendly service was very much appreciated. I highly recommend MemberPress to anyone looking for a solid membership solution for their wordpress website!

Desmond was great and really went over and beyond. I had many personal experiences that made it difficult to get back with Desmond but he was kind, curious and understanding. I would work with Desmond again, thanks 🙏

Very impressed with the support I received. I was anticipating a slow response, especially with the UK to US time difference, but replies to my questions have been speedy and helpful.

Ease of use, it is the standard for access control plugin for wordpress.

MemberPress is a cost effective and flexible membership management plugin for Wordpress. It is a good option for those who want to add membership capabilities to their WordPress site. We have been using it for more than 5 years and have integrated it with many other apps to make up for functionality that was missing. They continue to add features so likely less integration will be required if you are starting with MemberPress today.
