Solid support

I'd like to say a big and very sincere thank you to Hesham and the MemberPress Support Team who gave us tremendous guidance and reassurance concerning a very worrying issue we were having, whereby Members and their subscriptions were not showing up or disappearing from our Wordpress/SiteGround website. The matter was swiftly resolved, and over a weekend too! Thank you again, we were very grateful for the extremely speedy response and this great help makes/keeps us very big supporters of MemberPress! Thanks again!

We have used the MemberPress plugin on our website for a number of months now and recently used the DFY services. The support from the MP team with troubleshooting any issues is fantastic. The DFY services are clearly defined, easy to communicate with every member along the way. Very prompt and kept us updated regularly. We would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I have been working on this for a year. It is full featured with great online info. Lots of great add-ons as well.

The tool is great. The support replies quickly and gives specific, detailed and practical solutions. As a software developer I'm using different tools and having a good support is a key point for me to use a software long term over multiple years. Big thank you to Hesham and Omar from the support.

So pleased with MemberPress and the support they offer! The platform is wonderfully extensive (but not overwhelming) and simple to customize to your liking with some knowledge WordPress development. Support is always prompt and professional when answering emails (Sinisa is my typical response agent). They go above and beyond to answer my questions – whether it's something simple I need help with or a more complex problem I'm trying to solve.

Excellent support and service from Sinisa and a great plug in.

My issue was quickly responded to, and after going through their chat it became evident that I needed more specific support. Again, quickly responded to; following this, I had further questions to clarify my understanding, which were answered and communicated clearly. Brilliant.
