High cuality and affordable products , love them all!

I have always thought Melodysusie provided excellent, high-quality, affordable products and I now will only purchase Melodysusie electrical products i.e. nail file, lamp, dust collector because I have never had a problem with any of their products that I have purchased. Unfortunately, with my last purchase I did have a problem with the nail drill I bought. I cannot speak more highly of Melodysusies After-sales warranty team. They literally sorted out the problem for me within a matter of hours. My emails were responded to within minutes and their team went out of their way to ensure that the problem was dealt with in a fast efficient manner and more importantly that I was happy with the resolution they offered. I think it says a lot about a company when their excellent customer service extends beyond your initial purchase. I highly recommend Melodysusie, they provided me with the best customer service I have ever received 😀

I had a problem with shipping, but come to find out it was my mistake. After figuring it out, I received my package and it’s just as beautiful as the pictures. I’m so excited to get started. Customer service is amazing if you need anything just reach out!!

My mom gave me their two in one nail light and nail drill for Christmas two years ago. It became an absolute lifesaver for doing my nails at home. I had never had a single problem with it until my rabbit chewed through my drill cord. I couldn’t find an option to buy the drill that came with the light by itself through the website so I reached out via email and when I tell you, this is the most efficient customer service team I am not exaggerating by any means. They replied within a few hours were incredibly helpful, and in the end of our transaction, they even gave me a 15% off coupon for my new order. I cannot recommend MelodySusie enough!

This drill is SO good but I had an issue with my hand piece making noise & melodysusie customer service was quick to get back to me & even sent me a new hand piece!!!
