Love the handbag

I ordered a purse so I'm not going to…
I ordered a purse so I'm not going to get excited the free wallet came before what I actually ordered. When I was asking questions about my item the answers I received were very vague.

I placed an order on December 13th with…
I placed an order on December 13th with the anticipation of giving it as a Christmas gift. Well that didn’t happen, because as of now, I have yet to receive the complete order. I did not know that it would be shipped out of China or else I would have never placed the order. I have received one of the items while the other has been in Chicago for the last week. If you don’t do something about your shipping situation, you’re going to lose slot of customers because word will get out. This whole situation has been an utter disappointment to put it mildly.

Delivery delays
The satchel , wallet and tote look great. I was a little disappointed with the arrival of my purchases due to the late delivery. I just received the satchel today, but it looks great. I truly appreciated the follow up and the concern about my purchase.

I love the bag, but not what I expected or ordered
I love the bag, but the time it took to arrive was frustrating, as it is a Christmas gift that arrived in January 14. Then it arrived with the first two letters of my sister’s 7 letter name. And then it came with no wallet. Not happy about this purchase at all. There is no number to call and my email has not been responded to
