I got my introduction in the Narp forum deleted without notice or explanation, that is a dealbreaker for me. She promisses support when writing to her support email adress, I did not even get an answer. The foto above the Narp program and above the Narp forum as such way, that I would not trust her from that. She claims to be a healer, but never gave prove of that. If you want to use the program, then Narp silver is sufficient

I haven’t bought the NARP programme but…
I haven’t bought the NARP programme but from my experience Melanie’s brilliant therapy is in a league of its own. I’ve followed her on Facebook and YouTube and her blogs have helped me ENORMOUSLY. She’s absolutely bang on in my humble opinion regards going within. I cannot thank her enough and would recommended anyone suffering from narcassistic abuse or past trauma to REALLY listen to what’s being said in this simple but amazingly effective therapy. If one puts the work in, opens up and ‘gets it’ you won’t fail. Thank you Mel for all what you do for so many.

This program is LIFE CHANGING
I started using NARP nearly 6 years ago. I don’t understand how her program works but know that it does work. It’s almost like I have amnesia after I shift because I often can’t even remember what the trauma was. I quit smoking after my 2nd healing unintentionally because my subconscious revealed to me the trauma that caused the addiction. Within 12 weeks of starting the program, I closed on my 1st home. I had no intention of buying a home and certainly never thought I had the resources to achieve it. It also stopped me from ruminating and 100% lifted me out of victimization. I have read all the negative reviews and what each one has in common is victimization and blame. It is true, in NARP, you do have to take responsibility for YOU so you can heal. The narcassist will never change and Melanie gives you the tools to clean yourself up. YOU have to do the work. My initial investment was $149USD 6 years ago and it was the best investment I have made in my life. I have never once felt forced to buy additional programs and have really appreciated Melanie’s generosity of upgrading existing programs with no additional charge. I recently purchased membership to the Shift’s Happen and Speedy Shifts program as I am no longer living in or attracting narcassitic abuse and am ready to make break throughs in other areas of my life. I reccomended this program to anyone who is ready to take responsibility for their own healing and is open to this kind of work.

Do not get the haters - best money I have spent.
I have been using Melanie's various program for the last 2 years and honestly its the best money I have ever spent on courses. My energy is lifted up and I have identified and shifted a lot of trauma I did not even know that existed. It really puzzles me how these people who write the negative reviews are so passionate and so hateful as if Menalie killed their family members. The truth is her program is very affordable and if you do not find it satisfactory, you can just leave. It does not take much time or financial investment. I feel bad for Melanie as its very clear she just wants to do good in this world. I guess some people are either maliciously attacking her or do not have the resilience to face their own issues and need an outlet.

I signed up for one of her very…
I signed up for one of her very expensive workshops about five years ago desperate for help when I was dealing with a monster I had tried to please after thirty years of marriage and five children. These workshops are lacking in certain key areas leading the victim to sign up for more very expensive workshops. My Ex Narc was very convincing somehow convinced her I was the Narc. Whining to her about me going to rock concerts once a month while he was stealing and hiding hundreds of thousands of dollars- over half a million and she was siding with him the Narc; and then Mel gaslighting me in return. I finally found a real medical doctor experienced with narcissistic abuse syndrome and CPTSD. My doctor looked over her material and stated if she really believes all this nonsense or not- she is a very dangerous person doing more harm than good. I pray for her and everyone dealing with her and this program.

Find a Licensed Professional
I was looking to be part of a community that was going through similar experiences. I had been through professional licensed therapy through out the years so I knew better than to enroll especially when she told her story about being on the bathroom floor going through a psychosis after her abusive partner, she had an epiphany and awakening that lead her to creating this quantum healing technique. Anytime someone says they founded a technique without having any licensing credentials from an accredited school in psychotherapy, I'd run. Reminds me of when my Narc said he was the reincarnation of Yogananda. There's nothing in her presentation that talks about her mentors or her own psychotherapy process, it's just this, magical thing that appeared out of no where, which I have a VERY hard time believing. I always give credit to my mentors and books I've read in my journey so that I can refer my community to resources. Plus her forum is loaded with pictures all of her to remind us she is the "founder' of this quantum healing technique, instead of focusing on her participants, it's all about Mel. When I went through the modules, honestly I found it to be very similar material to any kind of 12 step program-ACA-Inner Child work, journaling process coupled with this new age law of attraction, shame blaming and re-traumatizing victims. I really couldn't get through her recordings because her voice is NOT soothing and harsh to my ears which did not put me in a relaxed state of being. What's interesting about her material and what drew me in was her writing about Narc abuse. It's accurate, truthful and relatable in her blogs and newsletters which I liked much better than her modules & recordings which is very woo-woo. She's a much better writer than presenter of the material. And that's why I'm giving it two stars rather than 1 because the written material is helpful. Again, go find a licensed therapist. It wasn't til I found someone that was licensed in EMDR-Dr Shapiro and Somatic Experiencing-Dr Peter Levine that I was able to calm and regulate my nervous system. There's no law of attraction or quantum leaping you have to do. Just good old fashion common sense and a licensed professional. Did I say licensed? You get the message here. Best of luck to you!!

Unveiling Shadows: A Chilling Encounter with the Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Program (NARP)
In my arduous and extensive quest for recovery from narcissistic abuse, I chose to embark on a journey with the Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Program or NARP as its referred to. This commitment led me to dedicate a substantial five years to doing the 'modules' and 'shifts'. I had very eagerly enrolled in the highly touted NARP course, anticipating solace and empowerment for victims of abuse and trauma. The initial stages of the course seemed like a beacon of hope, with magical and miraculous changes unfolding around me. I was hooked, enthralled by the promising transformations that appeared to be taking place. Ironically, in the context of a narcissistic abuse recovery course, it felt akin to being 'love bombed' by the results – an overwhelming and euphoric experience. Little did I realize that, as with love bombing and narcissistic abuse, the trajectory of my journey with the course was far from sustainable.
As the supposed miracles continued, the course encouraged me to keep working the modules, promising even greater changes and transformations. The initial hit of positive change fueled my commitment, and over the course of five years of active participation, I found myself consistently investing more time and energy sometimes even forsaking my vocational and relational obligations in pursuit of an elusive goal. However, akin to the manipulative tactics employed in narcissistic relationships, the goalposts kept shifting, and I found myself trapped in an endless loop of meeting catastrophe over catastrophe in all sizes, shapes and form.
Regrettably, what initially appeared as a genuine path to recovery became a perilous descent into the unknown. The deceptive nature of the course, coupled with my increasing commitment over these five years, only served to deepen the metaphorical grave I unknowingly dug for myself. The promised enlightenment turned into a mirage, and the miraculous changes I witnessed early on proved to be an illusion.
For individuals of Christian or Catholic faith contemplating this course, a heightened sense of caution is imperative. The spiritual undertones of NARP, while not explicitly anti-religious, may clash with or challenge core beliefs. The course's unwitting connection to the demonic, as revealed through unsettling experiences, creates a potential conflict with deeply held religious values. I highly recommend looking up this informative video titled "A Guru or Jesus Father Joseph-Marie Verlinde" on a YouTube channel called "CheminNeuf NetforGod", which sheds light on why Catholics and Christians should exercise caution with new age practices, even if not directly related to the course. The video provides valuable insights into the potential spiritual risks associated with such endeavors.
While this review may have a religious inclination, I extend a cautionary note to individuals in the new age or occult communities. Engaging with unseen forces, as experienced through this course, can have lasting repercussions, potentially affecting not only the individual but also reverberating through three or four generations down the line. Abusing your soul is a serious matter, and the consequences may extend far beyond what one might anticipate. Regardless of your spiritual or religious background, exercise prudence, prioritize your well-being, and remain vigilant against the deceptive forces that may hide within seemingly promising facades. Remember, there is no free lunch in the pursuit of 'quantum', 'energy healing' and or similar endeavors, and the cost may be more significant than one is willing to bear. Approach with care, and be aware of the potential far-reaching impacts on both your present and the future.
