Every product I've bought, has been awesome. I love the wonderful benefits my family gets. I love how soft my clothes are after washing them and dont get me started on how GOOD it smells days after being washed. I use the dishwasher pods and they are AMAZING! They keep my dishes and silverware clean shiny. I dont understand all the negative comments. Customer care service has always been wonderful and making every transaction correct and when my deodorant was broke, they replaced it for free and did NOT charge me shipping. I love my maleluca

I'm not going to lie....I am VERY VERY surprised to hear the negative reviews I've read! Most are overwhelmingly positive and my experience has been nothing but! Customer service has always been amazing and don't even get me started on the products...LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! ANY company will have SOME negative reviews...yes, even Amazon. Please don't let them influence your decision...whether it's working with Malaleuca or using the products. Try for yourself and then make an informed decision. I will never go back to store bought products. Imo...they are dar inferior products and don't even get me going on how much better for you Melaleuca products are AND they're backed by science! I haven’t found a product I don’t love, I love that it is safe for my family too!!!

I started buying Melaleuca products 18 years ago and i’ll never change. The company has a 96% monthly re-order rate for a reason. Sure there will be some dissatisfied people but most love Melaleuca because their products are safer, less toxic and price is great. Plus the perks now with marketplace, why would anyone say no. Lol

I have been enrolled and purchasing Melaleuca products month after month for almost 10 years now and never ever have any issues.. this is not for everybody, you have to liked and see the quality. price is been the same since i have been enrolled.

I wish I had known about this company years ago. Such a fantastic store. Customer service is extraordinary! They help with any question you may have and are so pleasant to deal with.

I was very skeptical at first but within the first month I was blown away by every aspect of their company! I now have peace of mind when I clean my home. Knowing that the products are safer and eco friendly, I don't worry about the fumes my children are inhaling or what my dog is coming in contact with! Their customer service has been amazing! I placed my first order and received a certain flavor of toothpaste that my whole family loved, then tried to reorder it the second month and accidentally chose the wrong kind. I didn't care for this particular flavor so I mentioned it in passing to my enroller and she immediately set time aside to call customer service with me. I was insisting "it's ok, it's just toothpaste, no big deal." but she insisted more that this company prides itself on satisfaction. A Customer service rep answered on the second ring! Seriously if anyone has ever had to call a customer service line in their life they will know how impressive it is to not have to dial 1 then wait on hold, dial 3 then wait on hold, dial 2 then get an automated person! It's almost expected now that all customer service lines will be the same but, surprisingly that was not my experience with Melaleuca. They answered and then asked who they were speaking with, then addressed me by name for the entirety of the conversation as if it was the most natural thing in the world. The guy I spoke with was kind and understanding. He apologized for any inconvenience it caused me and asked how they could make it up to me "because our customers satisfaction is the most important aspect to us." The guy didn't seem rushed or rehearsed. He gave me several different options to choose from and then didn't end the call until I stated that I was satisfied with the exchange option I selected. The person that enrolled me originally has also followed up with me several times over the past 4 months and genuinely seems passionate about my overall experience with this company. Unfortunately, I don't usually write reviews about a company unless I am dissatisfied so it's a big deal to me to rave about something in a positive way. The products, the intent, the prices, and the customer service make me a very happy customer!!

Melaleuca is honest, ethical and full of the upmost integrity. Our family has been shopping online as members for almost 10 years now. We use only Melaleuca products in our home and know we are investing in our family's long term health. The products are safer and more effective than anything we can get in the store, are priced better and we love the convenience of having our everyday needs delivered to us. If I ever have any questions, customer service is very kind, professional and quick to help. I am a life timer for sure. I give Melaleuca 10 stars ⭐️
