Wow, I find it hard to believe the bunk people post. I have been with Melaleuca for over 7 yrs. Have I had a few problems, of course, a pack of d/w pods had some broken ones (they shipped me 2 new packages within 3 days), an eyebrow pencil arrived and the twist wouldn't work, took a credit for that one, and a pump wouldn't work on a product, they shipped me a new one!! A quick call to customer service... all taken care of. During the call you can select to have a new product shipped (free) immediately, put in your cart for the next order, or take a credit in loyalty dollars, placed in your account. To cancel, after your first order or ANY time, simple, download the form, fill it in return. Have helped 3 or 4 cancel over time for various reasons, not one of them has had it cost them extra or had any hassle at all. If you are being hassled by a rep, that is their personal way of doing business, and has nothing to do with the company. Roped in, hah, don't you all buy product every month, cleaning, vitamins, pet care, beauty, health, the list just keeps growing. I have nothing to gain by posting here, no one is signing up with me, I am not making a penny. Just hate to see bullies and liars bash one of the few companies who actually care about their customer service and reputation. Have a nice day.

I've been a customer for many years because of Melaleuca's wonderful products. I love the Vitality for Life products like the new SimplyFit bars, Fiberwise sleeves, and the Peak Performance Pack vitamins. I feel more energetic when I'm regularly using them. The Ecosense products work well too, and I feel more comfortable knowing I'm using natural ingredients to wash the dishes (Diamondbrite) and do the laundry. I have sensitive skin, and so do a few of my kids, so using natural ingredients and avoiding toxic chemicals in my home is a big plus. I also love Sei Bella shampoo and the fun line of soaps.

I’ve been a customer of Melaleuca for 5 years now. I enjoy the majority of their products and usually don’t have any issues ordering each month. They are not an MLM because you do not need to have inventory on hand unlike actual mlm companies out there. You can choose to try referring customers if you want in order to gain extra income but you don’t have to. Customers trying to cancel obviously aren’t canceling before the 14th of the month. It’s not that hard. My monthly orders are usually between $75-$100. I enjoy knowing the cleaning products are better for me and my home. And their coffee is great!

These people are having problems cancelling because they try to cancel after the 14th of the month.You've got to cancel before the 14th if you want to or you do get a back up order. Also the company says it is a blend of Science and Nature.They're not all natural and they don't claim that. I think the products are of very high quality.I sell them too to a community. One lady has bad COPD.She was rapt and very happy with the air freshener-No problems with it like all of the other supermarket ones she said. I have very good feedback from the people I sell it to and they pay retail price for them.I am very happy with the products too.

My family have been using Melaleuca products for more than 9 years, absolutely love them, first class customer service and the products are safe and effective, also fair price.
