My family has used the Mellaluca products for a decade. I was surprised at the negative reviews because none of these negative issues happened to us. I am a doctor and had 30 years of experience, has background in medical research and I can discern the true effects of any product from a placebo response. Please don’t allow a few negative comments to keep you from very fine products at very competitive price. I am not trying to sell Mellaluca, but I do ask you to form an opinion based upon your own experience. You May find out like me that these products are good for you. If you don’t want to sell these products there is no pressure. I have been a customer for years. However one person I introduced to Mellaluca joined as a business and doing well.

First of all I do not why people want to cancel the membership. Melaleuca is the best shopping club of the world. Nowhere else you would find the quality and prices. The products will help your health and your family’s. Another thing that I like is that it is eco-friendly. I totally recommended🥰

There are some very sad negative reviews about this company that are simply unfair and misinformed. Their customer service team is 2nd to none, however, your issues and concerns about your account should go directly to the person that enrolled you as a member first. They are committed to making sure you are a happy customer. If you're not, give them a chance to do their job. They will HELP YOU CANCEL! I absolutely love shopping with this company. The naturally-based household and health-related products have made a huge difference in my family's well being. We are healthier because we chose Melaleuca. I have never run out of our important cleaning products, disinfectant or hand sanitizer during COVID. We're not running out 4x's a week looking for clorox, lysol, or other toxic products that likely aren't on the shelves anyway. Get with the program! Melaleuca is changing lives by the millions!

Absolutely love all product from cleaning to health and beauty Renew is one of my favorites as we have very sensitive skin. We have been a member for years and have never had any issues. I assume all these issues with cancellation are because they are not following the process correctly

I just had to post a review because of some of the absolutely ridiculous statements I've read, all of which had to make me wonder who is posting these things? For example, EXPENSIVE? Are you KIDDING!?! I could go on and one here, but let's just use cleaning products as an example. A bottle of window cleaner or tile cleaner typically costs $3-$4 a bottle in local stores. Melaleuca's replacement version cost under $1.00 How does THAT translate as expensive? Oh, some will say you have to pay for shipping. Yep, that's right, and it's 5.4% of the cost. Even WITH shipping, the cost is still 1/3 of the price. Another thing I've read was ingredients. Melaleuca is very open about ingredients they use. They certainly won't reveal what combinations of safer ingredients are used within a product for obvious reasons so that competing companies don't try to duplicate them. Another complaint is about having make MONTHLY orders. NOT TRUE! What amazes me is that people shop monthly for the very products Melaleuca offers. In other words, they are already shopping MONTHLY and then they complain about shopping MONTHLY at Melaleuca? Simply switch stores, people. Why spend more at local stores than on Melaleuca's less costly products that are even better anyways. There are literally 100's of products to choose from, and then when you consider that there are some 2,000 online stores partnered with Melaleuca for cash back discounts, why shop anywhere else than at Melaleuca? If by chance Melaleuca does not offer something needed, use a portal for cash discounts at some 2,000 stores like Walmart, Best Buy, Macy's, Target, Sam's club, etc., etc. I could write a book about the benefits of shopping at Melaleuca. I have saved THOUSANDS over the years, not to mention the obvious health benefits from keeping toxic products out of my home. Tip for consumers: Try shopping at the store for 3 months and then discover for yourself how great the store is. You can get all your money back within 60 days if not happy, AND you receive $100 as a new customer for just trying it out.

I have never had one product that I didn't LOVE. The laundry soup, cleans better with less soap. The dishwashing detergent, cleans WAY better than any store brand and rinses clean EVEN with hard water. The shampoo and conditioner is salon quality, but better for my hair. The Renew lotion is the best I have ever tried and is all botanical. I would suggest that everyone try these products. What do you have to lose?

We have been a Melaleuca Customer for nearly 10 years... We Use a wide range of the products and can honestly say we have had no complaints. I have read reviews where people have complained that it is hard to cancel or postpone membership. We have done this easily two or three times.. Super Company..

I've been with Melaleuca for a while now and I have read some of these reviews and some make me laugh, as they are so off it's not funny. Melaleuca is a very ethical company and the products are AMAZING!! The cleaning products are off the charts as to how well they work, the prices are better than Costco! The nutritional products such as the Peak Performance Packs (vitamins) really truly make a difference in your health on so many levels with clinical studys to back them up. The company is not only Eco Friendly, Botanical, Bioderadable but their products are also based on Science. As for the beauty products (I've been a professional makeup artist for 33yrs so know my stuff) they are wonderful, the pigment in the eyeshadows, blushes is crazy good! Now as for the reviews I read about the cancellation policy, its actually super easy, and takes no time at all, the reason you need to tell them why you want to cancel is because they need feedback to try and make things even better, that's with any good company.. And if someone got an order they didn't want .. it's called the backup order that comes automatically ONLY if you forget to put in your monthly order (this is in order to keep your membership benefits such as the 30-50% off of all the products, you do not just get the back up order if you are doing your normaly monthly orders as a preferred member and if you cancelled correctly you would never have gotten the back up order, so not Melaleuca's fault it would be the person who sign you up if they did not explain the membership back up order properly. There is no other company that can compare to Melaleucas, Products, Prices and ethics on any level so be careful of the crap you read as i'm sure a few reviews are done by the competetors who have nothing better than to put down a company that has a 35yr track record, who is a financially sound company (not in debt like most companies out there) and most of their products are patented (proprietary to them).. there is no gimmicks to this company and it's not an MLM as some have said, they are 100% based on customer referrals. I'd like to know another company out there like Melaleuca who have an over 90% customer retention rate!! So Great Company, Great Products, Great Ethics from someone who knows the facts:)
