Some of their products are very good, but most of them are overpriced compared with what you can buy in the local supermarket. Maybe it was a novelty 20 years ago to be able to buy environmentally friendly cleaning products: now all the supermarkets stock them at a much lower price. For me, the other drawback was having to meet a ‘30 point’ target in order to get the preferred price. I ended up with a huge stockpile of toothpaste and soaps (which I ended up giving to a charity for the homeless). If you have a large family it may work well for you: otherwise forget it. One plus is that, unlike other posters, I had no problem cancelling my membership. Only a couple of ‘please come back’ emails, which I ignored.

Was OK, my Sales Rep, Helen was very nice and professional...i received first order of products, and they are good, but expensive. What got me is the auto reorders. Here is where is got dicey. After the first month, there was no way I could go thru all the items I received, but I was told an automatic reorder would be coming. To avoid this I was told to cancel my account to stop future automatic orders. This process is not super easy...more than just few clicks; you have to print a form, scan it etc. Something I think most of us would have to do from a desk top. I was given a deadline date to cancel it, and I me the dead line given. I then received a call...oops, the deadline was wrong, I was late and the order was coming anyway. But no problem, just send it back. Now of course because I never intended to receive this order to begin with, I had no control over what was in it, nor did I really care at that point. Well lo and behold, I get a call from customer service, I can send this $68 order back, but it will cost me return shipping and a $10 return fee. Customer service acknowledged the mistake I was told on the deadline I was given, but still I would have to pay these fees. This was not my mistake. Well I opted rather than payout close to $20 for nothing, I would accept the order, which was overpriced chewing gum, chapstick, toothpaste, bar soap and some other products that I am now double stocked up on. I consider this very poor customer service from this company, and needless to say, I will never reactivate my account.

I have been a member since 2011 and absolutely love their products. They do what they say as far as the product descriptions and are environmentally friendly. I've only encountered about two products that I haven't been happy with - not a bad track record. I do not like that shipping is so expensive and there aren't any discounted, shopped multiple times in the month rates. If you forget to purchase an item and have to make a mid-month order, you can be paying 10% of your order in shipping fees. My point of frustration comes with their customer service. Whenever I've had a problem from anything with my back up order to shipping issues, the customer service I get is friendly but actually never is resolving my problem. They have a "I would help my my hands are tied" type of customer service. That is very frustrating seeing that I'm a MEMBER that pays an ANNUAL FEE to GUARANTEE they're getting a certain amount of orders/points each month. In my last order, I was 1 and 1/2 days late to place my September month's order. The website said that I could place it and it would go towards September although it was October 2. I was so happy since I didn't want to get a back up order of items I really didn't need. Once I placed my order, it said it as an October order. I called CS, spoke with a rep and a 'manager' who told me the cut off time was 12 pm Mountain time. I explained that I never get a resolution that is favorable for me and as a long standing member, that isn't a good feeling. They basically said there is nothing that can be done. As soon as I find a comparable product, I'm ditching this membership solely because of the INADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I agree that ALOT of their products are very good but its so stupid that you have to become a member to get the better prices, you have to buy so much every month and it really does get expensive. If you are not a member you pay a lot more for the products. This company has a Ponsi type scheme and you can lose many friends over it if you get involved in selling for them. Be Warned
