Melaleuca has been stealing money after I have canceled my account after 8 or 9 months!! Then they also never notified me about the products that never came but the ultimate is that I asked for them to give me back my full amount because I had been canceled my account they said they would refund half of my money and the rest they would keep !! Um no you guys have been stealing money for months and I got nothing in return no you need to refund all my money $714.38. I’m a disabled vet I earned my money!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE STEALING MONEY LEFT AND RIGHT!!!!

Update, Melaleuca is still hitting my PayPal buisness account for 97.00 each month. I have changed my debit card number 3 times and they still manage to hack into my account. I fear I will never be free of them.

The mandate to spend a certain number of points each month is too high. It creates a feeling of a scam that you are forcing me to spend money and your points to dollar ratio is not 1:1 which makes it even more scam feeling. Even your cancellation form is made to keep people from cancelling in that you have to print and email. It could be automated but you choose to make it hard. Run from this company if you like to keep the money you earn!

Their business model is to get your credit card number and charge you month after month. I am STUCK with $250. Worth of useless certificates. The person who signed me up said nothing of this. MELEULUCA SUCKS. I will ne telling as many people as possible to stay far away.

They withdrawn money from our account and mails credits to us? If they sent you the wrong products you have to pay postage to send it back to them? The rep did not do the right thing either, we signed up first and we're under the person signed after us? We should never have gotten started! Just found out that Amazon sells Melaluca! You're better off buying it from Amazon!
