Deserves zero stars. They scare you into becoming a member. Prices seem ok, but the products suck. I ordered the tooth paste for my daughter. Her dentist was horrified when we asked about it. They told us we should never use it. Thankfully we thought to ask. The body wash has artificial dyes in it. The men’s deodorant has aluminum. These are the things we are told to avoid and yet they still use them. They rave about the stain remover. I used it on a stain that I KNOW oxyclean has got out in the past and now the shirt is ruined because of course it didn’t work. And even if this stuff was good, the monthly order you are expected to buy is insane. So, only rich people should be able to buy “healthier” products. GTFO

I wish I could give this fraudulent…
I wish I could give this fraudulent company 0 stars. Be warned! Melaleuca is a big scam. They do not care about you nor your health. It's all a bunch of lies that they feed you, just to scare you so that they can rip you off. I repeat, be warned!
First of all, there is a man called Dave Martinez who happens to be a big con artist. He goes around luring poor people who, of course, are desperately in need of money, by showing them forged cheques with huge amounts of money in them. His goal is to show them how much money they can make if they become a Melaleuca member. Dave Martinez will lie right in your face that he is not a marketer and does not market products for sale, at the same time, he's busy telling you about Melaleuca products and why you should invest your money in them. After making his so-called presentation (a.k.a. marketing the products), he will then try to convince people to sign up to try the products. Bare in mind, Melaleuca forces you to purchase their products monthly, worth of $66.44. If you don't buy their products, Melaleuca will forcefully take money out of your credit card which you used for registration and send you random products that you have not requested for. Be warned! Melaleuca products are fake and overpriced. Save yourself all the lies from this fraudulent company and purchase real organic products from your local grocery stores that are priced reasonably. Run far far away from that fraudster, Dave Martinez. These people do not care about you. All they want is your money. Let me tell you just how wicked this company is. If they send you products worth of $66.44 without your notice and you decide to return them, Melaleuca will make you pay for the return shipping out of pocket, and still charge you $8 for the original cost of shipping the first time. Just how crazy can a company be? How sad! To the future considerers of Melaleuca products: You have been warned!

NEVER AGAIN!!!
NEVER AGAIN!!!! They make you get 35 pints every month which is around 65 month. Cheaper and better products out there.so I called to cancel my account and I couldn't. I had to download a form ,print it off and mail it back in. What company can the account holder not just call in and cancel.i figured it was just easier to cancel my card. WRONG. They sent me another package even though it wouldnt go through on my card. Then they keep emailing me about paying for it. So I had to call in again . The second lady that I talked to(after losing my cookies) finally aloud me to write it on a paper, take a picture and email it back. Who has time to go through this hassle of the other ordeal they want you to do . Such a pain . They Refuse to send me a shipping lable to send it back because I don't want it. Advise to never get started. Wish I would have read all the other reviews before starting. The only people giving it a 5star are people signing people underneath them and making money.

It was horrible 4 months with Melaleuca. Customer service is very bad. Seriously I wanted to give back my products, they told you that you have 60 days guarantee and 100% money back. Its bull s*it. My son try only 1 vitamin and he said they ugly so I give back within 5 days later and they not back my all money. They are a thieves. Also I try to cancel my account but they told me that is too late and they already send to me order which I didn't want to.
Do not trust them

Avoid Melaleuca and do not join their "club"
I really do hate to complain but I've got to warn others. Melaleuca products are NOT as "green" and "healthy" as they claim. We tried a wide range of products for about 6 months and found that the majority of things they offer are very low quality. My wife wound up having an allergic reaction to the makeup and bath line products. ATTENTION MEN: Do not attempt to use the men's hygiene line either. The "shampditionor" is garbage and caused my hair to thin. All the soaps are high priced and are very low quality. Plus, All these products could be found at higher quality and cheaper prices at local stores. Save your time, money and health by avoiding this company.

When I had to leave the company as I…
When I had to leave the company as I was unable to recruit one person to purchase or join on a 500 fb page and financially was not able to commit to the monthly financial requirement as a result of a sensitivity to their products, I was told by a “leader “ of the company that I was the problem and that I didn’t understand what the company was about. Are you kidding me, I tried for year to get people to join but with the high monthly costs associated with membership and products that are easily accessible without membership fees no surprise. What the surprise here is the unprofessionalism from the leadership, I would’ve expected some respect or some class but no, just ridicule and sarcasm. Thx Jake F you’re a real charmer
