I really like the majority of Melaleuca's products. I believe their goal is to create non-toxic safe products for home use. However, I cannot give a better rating at this time due to their essential oils products which lack proper documentation and safety information. They do not offer GC/MS reports for their essential oils which should automatically be provided for every batch from an independent unbiased lab. I've emailed multiple times to discuss their essential oils and to ask for their GC/MS reports and have never received an email reply. I received one phone call and the representative could not give me any answers. Her words seemed as though she was reading from a script. When I asked her to send me an email indicating they could not provide any information about their essential oil she said she is unable to put anything in writing. Being a wellness company I feel this is a VERY unsafe approach for using essential oils and am utterly disappointed. Knowing the chemical components and distillation date for every batch of essential oil is extremely important. There is also no shelf life information and essential oils do have a shelf life and should not be used topically or for therapeutic purposes if they have expired and/or oxidized. It is a HUGE safety risk if using any essential oil with out having some education and there are many individuals offering their recommendations without doing the necessary research and having documentation to back up their claims.

The shipping costs are ridiculous. The items come with way too much packaging and a wasteful amount of paper promotional materials. These later practices indicate that the company probably does not really care about the environment as much as it claims to. I really like a few of the products, and I keep ordering more mostly because the digestive enzymes are helpful for my child.

The Renew lotion works great. The Affinia face lotion works well but does leave my skin slightly oily, which I dont usually have a problem with. The glass cleaner is horrible. It leaves streaks. I scrubbed till my arm hurt but to no avail. The Sol u mel removed stains from my kitchen sink that I have been working on. I haven't noticed their vitamins to do any different for me than my normal store bought ones. Their air fresher (tuscan orange) smells great! Their lemon dish soap works well and smells delightful. I just started using their shampoo and condition, ok so far. All in all, I would recommend the Renew lotion, Sol u Mel and the air spray but I'm not writing home about the other products.

I signed up for Melaleuca in September of 2019 because I was interested in getting my house toxin free. However: they tell you that their products are cheaper than store products but that only refers to their cleaning products. You spend 80+ a month trying to reach your monthly “quota.” I love their cleaning products. Their hair products are horrible. Make-up is great but expensive. I am struggling to reach a product quote every month. They prey on people getting signing up and not cancelling because they can’t say no to friend or want to help out a friend. They call it “building relationships” poor business practice if you ask me. They also spam the heck out of customers! They don’t “advertise” but I get emails a couple times a week, but home security, buy smart home, buy through marketplace, get our credit card. It is honest to god ridiculous. I think their customer service is nice, but I think their business practice is poor quality and full of deceiving people and preying on people because they can’t say no. And don’t you think it’s odd that they don’t allow reviews on google or facebook? What are they so afraid of?

As far as I can tell, I don't have any issues with the products. Although, they don't list their ingredients and the laundry detergent smells heavily of chemical fragrance. Who knows what's in it though. Not me 🤷 Its not listed. The problem with this company comes when you try to NOT get a monthly shipment. They don't allow you to skip a month, and you also can't order less than $80 (plus shipping! There is never any free shipping), or you'll lose your member discounts. So, if you can't afford to spend $100 on cleaning products EVERY SINGLE MONTH, a problem arises. To cancel, First, you have to get a special link sent to you by a rep who works for the company. Then, follow that link, and request that ANOTHER link be sent to your email. Then, follow that link to fill out a questionnaire and cacellation request form. I did all of this. THEN, you have to print another document and physically SIGN your name, and send it in the mail!!! My printer would not print it. Oh well, I had done everything else, I assumed it was canceled. Not so. They withdrew another $80 from my account this month and auto shipped a box that I do not want. And of course, I cannot cancel the shipment after it has been shipped. The first time this happened, I didn't even know they had an autoship. No one told me about it! So now I've spent $200 on cleaning products for 2 months in a row that I did not even want! I am doing what everyone else is doing, and canceling my debit card. It seems that there is no other way to stop them from continuously taking my money, without my consent.

Good product with horrible commitment system for the consumer. The system is forcing the consumer each month to spend minimum amount, and if you didn't meet the minimum requirement spending, the company will random pick product and charge on your credit card. I like the product but hate how the company sell product to consumer.

I like the products for the most part. I do love the lotion, hair products, soaps (minus the film it leaves on me ),and the strawberry Attain shake mix. I don't like the process in which I go through like autoship DRIVES ME CRAZY!! I won't need chewing gum, empty spray bottles or soap until the 12 th of never! My life is too busy to take this on as a career to make it worth my while so technically, I don't share in the benefits or not enough to matter.... although most members disagree. In my case, it's just easier for me to pay a little more and be a customer. In fairness to the company, many love it- I'm just not a good fit at this time in my life.

I like Melaluca. Pros: Most of their products is true to their words while others is more of advertising. While their cleaning products and laundry products is a must in my household, the nutrition category not so much. Their vitamins do work but be careful of the suggested dosage for it may be too potent. Anything else, is a perk that you can get elsewhere. During business hours you can be sure you will get a person. Cons: Too expensive. When purchasing products for the month, you must meet the 35 qualifying points to get the preferred price. Be careful of commenting reviews on their products. They only want positive reviews and anything negative will be removed by their discretion.
