MelaleucaReviews of melaleuca.com

I do not recommend! I first signed up for melaleuca to make income, but was not successful because I saw through the lies and could not sell this crap to people. This company is great for people that have money and like to spend it, otherwise, stay away. They xpect their members to commit to buying $75.00 worth of stuff monthly. Say, you just need laundry detergent(which is honestly the only product that I liked), you can’t just buy that for your monthly order, you have to literally spend Atleast 75-100$. It’s a SCAM. And the products are not non toxic. Yes, they are all paraben free but they are not what they claim to be. They also make it extremely difficult to cancel. When I cancelled on the phone, the woman said that she noticed I did not make my monthly order and the cancellation will begin next month. I did not agree to this, but they made the order anyways. I wonder if there were ever any lawsuits against them? Hmmm just a thought….

Products are good but customer service in the UK is very poor. Customer services training urgently required.

I tested this subscription through the encouragement of a relative. I honestly do not care for the product lines. I had a fiber product that was absolutely awful and the other products were not worth the money. I canceled this subscription through the company's layered cancelation process and still got a product order. I used my loyalty points for some free items prior to cancelation and never received the order. I was forced to pay the cost to return the product to get my refund for this month...

While the products are great. THIS COMPANY WILL NOT LET YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL HAVE YOU SEND IN A FORM DO THIS DO THAT TO NO AVAIL. DO NOT JOIN IF YOU WILL CHANGE YOUR MIND LATER. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS WITH NO OTHER COMPANY. VERY DISGUSTING. DO NOT JOIN ANY MEMBERSHIP WITH COMPANY.

I would like to cancel my preferred membership. Please let customer service know. I have contacted the person that introduced and signed me up. Thank you.

I was a customer of Melaleuca for a short time period after signing up during a special promotional period. The quality of the products were okay, but I felt they were subpar to those I had ordered from doTERRA. I decided to not place any additional orders and to cancel my membership. I later received a package in the mail that had been charged to my card. I was also charged shipping and handling both ways. In short, it seems the company was more concerned with making money in every way it could, more than delivering a superior product or customer service.

I am very disappointed as a first time customer. I was very excited about being a customer and i was looking forward to the products that I ordered as a first time customer. I didn't receive my full order. The 100% guarantee that they advertise is a lie and even when i called customer service since they messed up, i thought they would give me something else for free to show that they care about my satisfaction however that was not the case. I just have to wait another 5 days for the rest of my order to be delivered. Terribly disappointed.

Please make sure you read ALL labels before buying anything. I’m highly disappointed to find out the shampoo has sulfates, chloride, blue 1... the deodorant has aluminum, almost all their products contain the word “fragrance”, which many of you know is not a good sign. They’re not as clean as they like to make themselves look. If you want a refund, you have to ship items back at your cost with a note stating you want a refund. Their customer service was ok. But they had no idea how to answer where their essential oils came from or why their products had harmful/unnatural ingredients. I will be canceling my subscription. I could have gotten the same products with crap ingredients at Walmart for far less.
