Member for 2 years and was struggling the last few months with sloppy shipments and missing items. Customer Service did ship the missing items without question but not able to address the poor packaging. When I reached out to my "rep" to complain, she told me that I should probably just cancel as we weren't a good fit and shop at Walmart or Target!!! WTH! I called customer service, stated I like the product and want to switch reps, they said I couldn't. Was told I had to wait 6 months and do it all over again. Apparently there is no way to leave you rep even if they don't want you! Only recourse is to stay and continue to have her benefit from my orders! Umm, nope! So waiting for my missing items and will move on. So all in all the products are OK, not earth-shattering or even earth saving, lots of packaging waste and plastic. Many other companies to choose from still made in the USA. So my suggestions, choose another!

DO NOT Start with them What you should know before signing up. You have to make a monthly order or they will send you random stuff that you probably don't even need and that are not even close to the value what they charge you. Sale person did not even informed about the process and never mentioned what I'd be charged and after sending email with cancellation still they took money from my account !

I contacted them repeatedly to get some more info before they slapped the mandatory order on me, asking for someone to please help me. COMPLETELY IGNORED. So, I just said "If nobody can help me get some information I'll have to cancel" and after TWO SOLID WEEKS of being completely ignored, THAT one line was seen and IMMEDIATELY acted upon! Iwas canceled. That's 2 weeks after ordering a starter shipment that cost well over $200... after they canceled me, the salesman who talked me into that huge starter bundle NOW contacted me!!!! After 2 SOLID WEEKS of begging for help, and after my membership had already been canceled. Zero explanation, zero attempts to fix anything, zero times did ANYONE say "what info do ya need"... nothing at all! Just shipped me a bunch of random items, MOST of which I didn't need or want, the salesman told me REPEATEDLY that I could swap them out and then never let me swap anything... HORRIBLE company with a couple of great products...

I was gaslit and bullied by a Melaleuca General Manager for 8 years, and when I finally found the courage to report it, I was cancelled and thrown out and lost everything. From the outside they portray this “holier than thou” image, but on the inside my experience was one of intimidation, manipulation, and a complete lack of accountability. Instead of protecting the person speaking up, the culture I encountered protected those in power. I stayed silent for years out of fear, loyalty, and hope that things would improve. Speaking up took enormous courage, and the outcome left me devastated both personally and financially. This review is simply my honest experience, they’re a disgrace to the Mormon faith hiding behind it to mask the wickedness that lies within.

My wife was interested but after finding out more about it she decided against using the service. That should have been the end, but it wasn't. The representative contacted us on multiple platforms, one after another each time we would decline. She has harassed us non stop and even insulted our family for not using the service. We try to block her but she keeps finding ways to contact us. I have seen forum discussions about their persistent harassment but I just thought it was blown out of proportion. I was wrong, I regret ever entertaining the idea of using this company.

I’d give 0 stars if I had the option. Worst laundry detergent I have ever used, it left a BUNCH of stains on my clothes and they will not come out. Super expensive and instead of cleaning clothes it ruined them ☹️ PLEASE fix this issue.

Terrible and disgusting company. My cousin joined and did all the promoting. Their products are absurdly expensive and it's very difficult to cancel and leave the membership/association. The person who brings you in apparently calls endlessly to nag you back, reassure. Very high pressure and they show you these "hollywood" style conferences where everyone is fake-happy. You get nagged to go to America or Germany to be drawn even further into the buying-fest. Yep, you apparently end up buying all sorts of products each month that you don't need, when there are way cheaper options in the broader market. Steer clear of this BS company. They say they are not MLM but that line is untrue. They are like 99 percent the same as any other multi level marketing firm. A con. They come into a territory, saturate the place with buyers and then it all cools off. You will be broke and disappointed if you join, my cousin says. All the same as herbalife, amway, lifewave and various others that have come along. Oh and the supposed tens of thousand you will make a month? It never happens and none of the higher-ups ever do show you a bank statement. They play on the desperate and anyone who is gullible. If you want to get rich, despite what their sales training says, get a job and get promotions then put away about 25 percent of your income into interest earning accounts. Everything else is market lies. Think about it rationally. There's a reason why regular shops don't carry the items--because they are a fraud.

Its a "LEGAL scam/pyramid. You will keep getting charged EVERY MONTH! You almost have to burn the credit card by shutting it off to get these vampires to stop sucking on it. The merchandise is overrated and you can buy an equal or better product for a fraction of the cost elsewhere. Don't get sucked into this ponzi scheme.
