Terrible. They get with you with a backup order and say satisfaction guaranteed so you can return. However, you pay for shipping to you then you pay for shipping back. Totally scam. The products aren’t great either I only joined to help a friend and completely regret it.

Product experience is overrated! When I took the Peak Performance, I experienced projectile vomiting! Customer service allowed me to change my ordered; but two months later they sent the Peak Performance to me as a “back order”. I questioned why they didn’t send the previous candle order or another product I ordered in the past instead of an order that I had a bad reaction from. The representative stated that it wasn’t her responsibility. They charged my card and didn’t even pay my sponsor that month because I missed ordering that month. I canceled my membership due to poor follow up, quality assurance with customer experience and feedback.

Horrible experience with them. The cleaning products do not work as well as I was told they did. When I tried to cancel my account with them, they said I was all done and yet continued to charge me and send me products. Horrible time trying to get my money back. Would not reccomend to anyone.

1 star should be no stars. If you look you either see 5 star or 1 star ratings, that in itself should tell you something. It is quite obvious that the 5 star ratings come from people who make money off the company and do not want to speak the truth or their cash cow will dry up. Not a single product has been FDA tested or approved. they stake their claim that all of the ingredients in their products are on the FDA approved list. B$%**^sh)((. So many of the products have ingredients that should never be used. For example their antiperspirant deodorant has aluminum in it WTH. Beware of the scams of this company. It is simply a pyramid scheme with all the money trickling from the top to the bottom. Please do not be stupid.

This is a product that actually affected my health. I tried to explained to them but, they kept sending the product. It’s almost impossible to get rid of them. They keep charging my account. Beware! There’s many I know that take it and there’s not been any positive results from the six ppl that have tried it.

Horrible company with bad business practices. Buyer beware. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THRU HAVE SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!

Stay away. It is impossible to cancel membership. They keep debiting my account for back up orders months after I have canceled. 4 claims on Paypal and still adding.

Cancelled my membership 2 months ago because it was too expensive. They charged me this month. This company is a joke, some good products but absolute morons to deal with, if you cancel your membership you might want to think about cancelling that credit card.
